Cancellation
All cancellations must be addressed in writing to the Technical Secretariat. Refunds will be made according to the policy detailed below:
• 100% refund for cancellations received by 30 June, 2007;
• 50% refund for cancellations received by 31 July, 2007;
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1 August, 2007;
• In all cases taxes for administrative and banking expenses will be
charged;
• All refunds will be made after the Conference.
