The number of oral presentations is limited. The selection will be realized through peer-review procedure.

Basic package covers: admission to the Scientific Sessions, Conference Programme and Book of Abstracts, Coffee breaks during the Conference, Transportation from the point of arrival into Sofia to the hotel and back, the Welcome Party, the Conference Tour (including dinner).

* For young scientists up to age 33 (graduate and Ph.D.students, postdocs,
young lecturers); proof of age (e.g. copy of ID) or proof of student status
e.g. copy of a valid student card or a letter from the supervisor),
should be sent to the Scientific Secretariat by E-mail or Fax.
** The registration fee of Accompanying Person covers the Welcome Party,
Sofia Sightseeing Tour on 3 of September and the Conference Tour
(including dinner).
*** Please note that the registration fee does not cover the Conference
Banquet. If you would like to attend it, additional 50 EURO should be
paid per person together with the registration fee.
The Organizing Committee of the XVII EuCheMS Conference on Organometallic Chemistry will provide some financial support for granting young scientists and students (under 33 of age). The financial support is conditional on the success of the several applications submitted by the Organizing Committee to international and national founding sources.
In order to apply for a grant, after registration the applicants should write to the Conference Secretariat, specifying the required financial support and justifying the amount.
The letter should be accompanied by CV, list of NO MORE THAN FIVE publications related to the scientific content of the meeting and letter of recommendation by a senior scientist.
The letter should be no longer than one A4 page or 50 e-mail lines (the excess material will NOT be read by the International Advisory Board) and no publication reprints should be included.
Early applications are recommended (date of registration / grant application might work as a priority factor).
The application selection will be performed by the International Advisory Board and each application will be acknowledged. In order to reflect the specific scope of the Conference, grants will be awarded on the basis of the scientific discipline, publication record and the correspondence between the current research of the applying scientists and the listed topics. The result of the selection of candidates will be emailed by 15th June 2007.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Scientific Secretariat. Refunds will be made according to the policy detailed below:
• 100% refund for cancellations received by 31 May, 2007;
• 50% refund for cancellations received by 30 June, 2007;
• No refund for cancellations received after 1 July, 2007;
• In all cases taxes for administrative and banking expenses will be
charged;
• All refunds will be made after the Conference.
Language
The official language is English.
Travel
The participants should make their own travel arrangements to and from Sofia. Local Time in Sofia GMT + 2 hour. For all registered participants a transport from the point of arrival into Sofia to the chosen hotel and for the way back will be arranged, please fill in Arrival and departure details in the Registration Form.
Entry Formalities
There is no need for visa within the European Community including Bulgaria. For information on passport/visa requirements for entry into Bulgaria, contact the Bulgarian Embassy or Consulate in your country. In a case you need to apply for a visa, the Scientific Secretariat will send you a formal letter of invitation to support your application. For further information: www.mfa.government.bg
Insurance
The participants are advised to take out appropriate health and travel insurance.

Currency and Taxes
The currency used in Bulgaria is Leva
(1.95583 BGN = 1 EUR; 1.52 BGN = 1 USD (approx.)).

Electricity in Bulgaria runs on 220 volts and 50 Hz.
